Our History

ConMed Corporation was founded in 1973 by Chairman of the Board Eugene Corasanti, whose vision was to build an extremely agile and dynamic company, driven by innovation and responsive to the evolving needs of patients and caregivers worldwide. This vision has been realized through 30 years of providing leading-edge solutions in medical technology, from our first disposable ECG monitoring electrodes to today’s rapidly expanding product lines.
